China will roll out a pilot scheme for green power trading in order to guide the society to actively consume green power and accelerate its low-carbon transition, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) said on Sept. 7.

9月7日，来自国家发改委的消息称，中国将推动开展绿色电力交易试点工作，以引导社会积极消费绿色电力，加速国家的低碳转型。

Under the pilot scheme, users who have demands for green power will directly trade with wind power and photovoltaic power generation enterprises, said the NDRC. Other renewable energy generation enterprises will be included in the scheme step by step, it added.

发改委表示，根据试点方案，有绿色电力需求的用户将直接与风电和光伏发电企业进行交易，其他可再生能源发电企业也将逐步纳入该计划。
