Huawei Technologies Co said in July that it plans to invest $150 million in digital talent development over the next five years.

华为技术有限公司今年7月宣布，计划在未来五年投入1.5亿美元用于数字化人才培养。

Liang Hua, Huawei's chairman, said, "Digital skills and literacy are not just the foundation for the digital economy; they are also a basic human right defined by the United Nations."

华为公司董事长梁华表示：“数字技能与素养不仅是数字经济发展的关键基础，也是联合国定义的基本人权。”

Huawei's Seeds for the Future Program 2.0 will help college students and young people improve their digital skills and is expected to benefit more than 3 million additional people, Liang said.

梁华称，华为“未来种子2.0”计划将帮助大学生和年轻人提高其数字技能，预计将使300多万人受益。

Huawei is committed to helping develop digital talent in the countries where it operates. In 2008, Huawei began to roll out talent development programs and has invested more than $150 million in these programs, benefiting more than 1.54 million people from over 150 countries.

华为一直致力于帮助其业务所在国培养数字化人才。2008年，华为开始推进人才培养项目，如今已覆盖150多个国家，受益人数超过154万人，累计投入超过1.5亿美元。
