Fiscal and tax measures will support the country's green economic recovery and the public-private partnership financing model in pollution prevention projects, said Vice-Finance Minister Zou Jiayi at the Global Asset Management Forum in Beijing on July 24.

7月24日，中国财政部副部长邹加怡在北京举行的全球资产管理论坛上表示，国家将出台财税政策支持绿色经济复苏，支持在污染防治项目中采取政府和社会资本合作的融资模式。

By the end of June, 4,156 projects of the PPP (public-private partnership) model in the pollution prevention and green low-carbon fields had been signed in China, with total investment of 4.1 trillion yuan ($632.6 billion), Zou said.

邹加怡表示，截至6月末，在污染防治与绿色低碳领域，全国已经有4156个PPP项目签约落地，投资额达4.1万亿元（6326亿美元）。 

PPPs act as collaborative investment models between the government and private companies. Chinese authorities have in recent years been exploring the possibility of funding infrastructure and public works through PPP models, aiming to reduce local government debts and provide new opportunities for private capital.

PPP是政府和私营公司之间的合作投资模式。近年来，中国政府一直在探索通过PPP模式为基础设施和公共工程融资的可能性，旨在减少地方政府债务，为民间资本提供新机会。
