The 2026 Content Creator Carnival is being held in Nansha, Guangzhou from October 23 to 24. Once again, Guangzhou is extending an open invitation to creators worldwide.

At the 2025 Content Creator Carnival, six districts in Guangzhou—Yuexiu, Haizhu, Tianhe, Baiyun, Huangpu, and Nansha—rolled out a comprehensive "Quality Content Creation Support Policy Package." Over the past year, Guangzhou has leveraged a "policy package + creative hubs + full-chain services" approach to elevate its content creation industry from individual viral hits to a thriving ecosystem.

A set of data tells the story: in the first half of this year, the revenue of Guangzhou's culture and related industries above designated size exceeded 330 billion yuan. Among this, "content creation and production" contributed nearly 80 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.7%, accounting for over 20% of the sector's total revenue growth.

For creators, choosing a city ultimately comes down to three things: Are there good stories to tell? Can I connect with the right industries? And is it a place I want to stay?

Guangzhou is turning these three questions into deliverable answers: exclusive resources for you to shoot, a complete industrial chain to connect you with, and a livable, business-friendly environment. It's like offering creators a ticket to a complete ecosystem — once you arrive, you won't want to leave.
