"For me, it's a very easy decision," said Mr. Khaled, a Syrian buyer, after placing a massive order for over 100 Guangzhou-made cars.

On Oct 16, at the GAC International booth of the 140th Canton Fair, the veteran Middle East auto trader spoke without hesitation about his purchase: he ordered more than 100 GAC XT80 vehicles, with a total value exceeding US$3 million.

Why was snapping up over 100 cars such an easy call for Mr. Khaled? His reasons were straightforward: stylish design, reliable quality, and strong customer preference. "I am very optimistic about this car's sales prospects in the international market," he said.

Mr. Khaled has lived in China for over 15 years and mainly exports vehicles to the Middle East.
