Muhammad Zamir Assadi, a senior journalist from Pakistan, is in Beijing covering the Two Sessions. He has spent the past decade living and traveling across China. 

"I have never witnessed any social instability or war-related things here. Foreigners feel very safe and stable," said Assadi. 

Having visited nearly 70 percent of China's provinces, he says his confidence in the country only grows—and that's why "foreigners are rushing towards China" now.
