Guangzhou police introduced their first Corgi police dog, "Potato," at a recent open-day event, instantly charming citizens and netizens alike. "When he curls up, his tan and white fur makes him look just like a cute little potato, so we named him 'Potato'," explained the K9 trainer. 

As a small breed, Corgis offer low intrusiveness and strong approachability, making them well-suited to assist in complex, narrow spaces during police operations.
