Recently, at the 77th International Trade Fair "Ideas – Inventions – New Products" (iENA) Invention Expo concluded in Nuremberg, Germany, the "Hydrogen Cube" — an embodied intelligent power inspection robot team based on a hydrogen power system, independently developed by the Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid — clinched the Gold Medal. This achievement showcases China's robust capabilities in green energy equipment to the world through its innovative breakthrough in "electric-hydrogen integrated hybrid power systems."

The "Hydrogen Cube" system forms a "special forces" team comprising humanoid robots, quadruped robots, live-working robots, and drones. Equipped with an internationally leading hybrid hydrogen-electric power system that uses hydrogen fuel cells as its "power heart," the system achieves an energy density 3 to 5 times that of traditional lithium batteries of the same weight, extending operational endurance by over threefold. Its capability for rapid hydrogen refueling within 5 minutes perfectly meets the demands of 24/7 uninterrupted inspection in substations and long-distance operations in remote areas.
