“Guangzhou, with its dynamism and openness, has been central to the Sino-Vanuatu partnership,”former Vanuatu Prime Minister Sato Kilman said at the Understanding China Conference on Nov 30.

Calling for the two sides to“remain alive and kicking together,” he urged both countries to keep that spirit of vitality alive.
