Ever dreamed of exploring the land of the pharaohs and uncovering the legend of Tutankhamun? Now you can—right in the heart of Hong Kong.
The blockbuster exhibition "Ancient Egypt Unveiled: Treasures from Egyptian Museums" will open at the Hong Kong Palace Museum from Nov 20, 2025 to Aug 31, 2026.
As the largest, most comprehensive, and longest-running exhibition of ancient Egyptian artifacts ever staged in Hong Kong, it will bring together 250 precious relics on loan from Egypt's Supreme Council of Antiquities.
The collection spans monumental statues, stelae, sarcophagi and mummy masks, jewelry, daily utensils, and animal mummies. These exhibits are drawn from seven museums under the Council's administration and include recent significant archaeological discoveries from Saqqara.
