Guangzhou launches first low-altitude flight camp with 100+ application scenarios

On October 16, Guangzhou's first low-altitude flight camp was launched in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center (HEMC). This 30,000-square-meter hub integrates test flights, talent training, education, and sales.

118 application scenarios and two demonstration routes for tourism and logistics were unveiled , including drones delivering packages directly to campuses or offer aerial tours of the city landmarks.


Ten industry leaders, including EHang,SF Expressand Pony.ai, alongside 14 universitiessuch as Beihang University and Sun Yat-sen University,signed on as founding partners, creating a full-chain ecosystem from R&D to operations.

Guangzhou now ranks second nationwide in this burgeoning sector, home to about 4,200 low-altitude economy enterprises.
