Known historically as Guangzhou's "Top Scenic Wonder," the Baiyun Mountain has been included in Guangzhou's Top Eight Sights selections through multiple dynasties.
Now serving as a key part of China's National Botanical Garden network, the mountain and its two botanical gardens form an interconnected green corridor that enhances the area's ecological value.
This combination of ancient landscapes and modern conservation efforts represents Guangzhou's unique approach to urban ecological preservation.
