Apart from six temporary venues that will be set up 15 to 20 days before the 15th National Games, all other venues in the Guangdong province have already been completed, according to the event's organizing committee. 

The opening ceremony of the 15th National Games and the Special Olympics, jointly hosted for the first time by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions, is scheduled to be held on Nov 9 in Guangzhou, the provincial capital city of Guangdong.
