From June 26 to 27, the 11th Guangzhou Annual Investment Conference China will be held at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center. As of June 16, over 800 guests have registered to attend, including executives from Fortune Global 500 companies, central State-owned enterprises, and the top 500 Chinese enterprises, as well as representatives from new productivity fields such as AI, low-altitude economy, and new energy storage.

Data indicates that from January to April this year, Guangzhou has attracted 625 new industrial investment projects, with an expected total investment of 161.5 billion yuan, including 70 projects with investments or revenues exceeding 1 billion yuan. The total investment in manufacturing projects in the city accounts for over 50%. Guangzhou ranks first in the province in terms of the total investment in domestic projects. There have been 2,664 newly established foreign-funded enterprises, marking a 14.9% growth. The actual foreign investment used amounted to 11.54 billion yuan, with both the number of newly established foreign-funded enterprises and the actual foreign investment showing an increasing trend.
