The Guangzhou 2025 World Athletics Relays will kick off on May 10-11 at the newly renovated Tianhe Sports Center. On May 8th, competing teams had been arriving in Guangzhou, and athletes had been conducting adaptation training at the Tianhe Sports Center’s auxiliary field.

On May 9th, competitors entered the main stadium to familiarize themselves with starting gun procedures and test the track. The qualifying rounds will kick off at 7:00 pm on May 10th.

The athletes appeared relaxed and highly praised Guangzhou’s facilities, weather conditions and local cuisine.
