Tong Iok is the definition of a "slashie" – a recent term used to describe someone who takes up several jobs simultaneously. From nine to six, she is a finance worker. But after hours, she transforms into a Hanfu enthusiast and fashion designer. This year, Tong, the council chairperson of the Macao Youth International Art and Culture Association, invited a group of intangible cultural heritage lovers from the Greater Bay Area to craft heritage brooches, jointly promoting and preserving China's traditional handicraft culture.
