The Annual Academic Conference of the Guangzhou Foreign Studies Association (GFSA) was successfully convened in Guangzhou College of Commerce on November 9, 2024, attracting over 300 participants from various higher education institutions across Guangdong Province.

Focusing on the theme "Digital Intelligence Empowering Foreign Language Education, " the conference offered a platform for distinguished scholars, star teachers and student representatives to demonstrate and showcase their achievements in research and innovation in foreign language education in Guangdong.

An award ceremony is held during the Annual Academic Conference of the Guangzhou Foreign Studies Association to recognize and acknowledge 12 institutions and 18 individuals.

The participants expressed and exchanged their professional views regarding the new trend of digital intelligence development in the field of foreign language education, especially how digital intelligence can be effectively incorporated into foreign language education and the opportunities and challenges it brings for the teachers and the students.

Founded in 1993, the Guangzhou Foreign Studies Association is an academic group focusing on foreign language teaching and research, playing a positive role in teaching, research and social services.
