It's a custom to eat zongzi, a kind of glutinous rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves and stuffed with various fillings, to mark the Duanwu Festival in China. Over the years, more and moreflavors of zongzi have entered themarket to meet people's diversifyingtastes. Besides jujubes, beans, pork and eggs, new fillings such as cheese, XO sauce,and lotus seed pastehave greatly enriched the taste of thistraditional snack. They have become not only tastier, but also more nutritious and healthier.
