I've repeatedly visited here for decades, from childhood to adulthood. It's a time-honored brand worthy of its reputation.
I came over from Shaanxi province just to try its desserts.
I am very confident about our own products. If our desserts don't taste good, how can we attract repeat customers for decades?
I am the second-generation heir of the Yuyelin Dessert House. Since I was 20 years old,I've been helping my mother with this House. Now more than 40 years have passed.
When the business is good, we can sell 300 to 400 coconut desserts a day, being resented for dumping so many coconut shells.
Even if all places are occupied, customers still keep coming. Some enjoy the desserts while window shopping, some just eat outside the House, not bothering squatting down when tired.
We've been using freshly squeezed coconut juice all the time. If you go to other restaurants, you won't be able to taste this flavor.
