Full text of the video transcript:

Many diners would say, “The dumplings you sell for 18 yuan are worth 28 yuan.”

Making food is hard work. You are like walking on thin ice every day.

No matter how well-done you're with how high a turnover yesterday, some diners would only pay for the present taste.

We've been in this business for 30 years, and we only serve the pan-fried dumplings with wings.

Their bottoms are pan-fried and their sides are boiled with hot water.

In this way, one dumpling can offer you double tastes.

The homemade hot sauce, formulated specially for our pan-fried dumplings, is so appealing that you can't help eating the dumplings on and on.

Customers have to wait for 20 minutes for one serving of the dumplings.

They may be astonished at our speed, but slowness may have become one of our characteristics.
