1. Thirty electric public mini-buses have hit the roads in Huadu district recently. With 6.5 meters in length, each bus is equipped with 13 seats and allows 36 people to board. These advanced buses are energy-efficient, which can reduce carbon emissions and contribute to achieving carbon neutrality in the district.

The buses are connected with five Guangzhou metro stations (Fei'eling, Guangzhou North Railway Station, Huadu Square, Liantang, Renhe) and four stations of Guangzhou-Qingyuan intercity railway (Shiling, Letong, Guangzhou North Railway Station, Huachengjie).

To date, a total of four areas in Guangzhou have been on the list, with Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street and Grand View Mall enlisted last year.

3. Growing on one stalk, the eighth pair of twin lotus flowers have come into bloom recently in Lianhua Mountain in Panyu district. The variety of the lotus is called "Xingfen" (杏粉), featuring reddish purple color.

It should be noted that twin lotus flowers growing on one stalk is a particularly rare sight and cannot be achieved through artificial cultivation.
