1. To ensure passengers' safety on public transport during the current COVID-19 outbreak, 14 metro stations in Guangzhou have suspended services since April 13. Besides, a negative result from a nucleic acid test done within 48 hours is required for entry into the Foshan section of Guangfo Line (from Financial Hi-Tech Zone Station to Xincheng Dong Station) and Foshan Metro Line 2 (including the metro station of Guangzhou South Railway Station).

2. Citizens in Guangzhou who have not taken a nucleic acid test since April 9 will get a yellow health QR code which will affect their daily travel, according to the Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission on April 12.
3. Highways nationwide will be toll-free for small-size vehicles with no more than seven seats during the upcoming May Day holiday (April 30 to May 4).

4. Haizhu Lake and Shangchong Ecology and Science Park(上涌生态科学园)have been temporarily closed since April 12 to curb the spread of novel coronavirus, according to the Haizhu Wetland Protection Administration Office.

5. Guangzhou Sunac Land and Sunac Sport Park have been closed temporarily since April 12 and the opening of Sunac Water Park scheduled on April 16 will also be postponed. For people who have booked tickets of the three venues earlier, a refund request can be made via the original payment method.
