
Cantonese people are fond of desserts, among which the most popular one can be double-layer steamed milk (双皮奶Shuang Pi Nai). It's a kind of pudding with soft, creamy and mushy texture as well as strong taste of milk. Many visitors come to Guangzhou to specially try this dessert with traditional Cantonese flavor.
This video features double-layer steamed milk produced by Nanxin Milk Dessert Expert (南信牛奶甜品专家), an 80-year-old eatery well known by its milk dessert made of fresh buffalo milk.

It is easy to expand, but hard to extend your business.
Nanxin was founded in 1934 in Daliang, Shunde. Almost 80 years till now.
We are family-owned business. Ingredients are essential to the quality of the delicacy. Supposed you don't have good ingredients, however skillful the chef is, it's difficult to make the food tasty.
The buffalo milk we used is freshly delivered from the farm every day.
Additionally, we stick to the traditional method. Since reducing salt and sugar is widely advocated, without compromising on taste, we will try to reduce sugar-adding. In this way, the taste is lighter yet more delicious.
There is no such milk smell in our product. Every day we'll try our own product. If we feel it good, so will our customers.
We hope that we can extend our brand to more than 100 years.
