The planned extension will start from Danan Lu (大南路) and end at Kangtai Lu (泰康路), offering another 260 meters of extra street sections for pedestrians.

As a result, the Beijing Nan bus stop (北京南站) will be canceled, and a number of bus lines in the area will be adjusted.

North to south bus routes:

Bus Nos. 1, 10, 61, 190, 219, 519, night 1, night 8, night 69, and night 107 will detour to Wende Lu (文德路) and Wanfu Lu (万福路).

South to north bus routes:

Bus Nos. 13, 190, 544, night 32, and night 107 will detour to Qiyi Lu (起义路) and Danan Lu (大南路).

Bus Nos. 1, 219, express 53, and night 1 will detour to Wanfu Lu (万福路) and Wende Lu (文德路).

Bus terminal:

The terminal of bus Nos. 13, 35, and 42 will be adjusted from Wende Lu (文德路) to Zhuguang Lu (珠光路).

Also, the nearby Fuxue Xijie (府学西街) will be transformed to a pedestrian street on weekends and during national holidays. Famous for huge graffiti walls, Fuxue Xijie starts from the south of Shengxianli alley and ends at the north entrance of the Kingberly Square parking lot, stretching about 270 meters.

All vehicles will be forbidden from entering Fuxue Xijie from 8 p.m. on the night before the holiday, until 10 p.m. on the night of the last day of the holiday. However, military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles on emergency missions will not subject to the restrictions.
