China stressed "dual circulation", a new model of development in which domestic and external demand complement one another, which will strongly boost world trade and the economy.

中国强调“双循环”，这是一种内外需求相辅相成的新发展模式，将有力地促进世界贸易经济的发展。

The impact of the pandemic on the world's major economies will be severe and long-lasting, and the global economy will face recession and protectionism for a long time to come. China will take advantage of its huge domestic market to expand demand and form a "dual circulation" development pattern in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement.
