US President Donald Trump extended visa freeze for foreign workers.

美国总统特朗普延长了对外籍工人的签证冻结。

Trump signed an executive order to suspend the issuance of certain temporary worker visas. The administration official said the order was necessary to respond to soaring unemployment that resulted from the COVID-19 shutdown. The official also stressed that the H1-B visa freeze was temporary while the program is restructured.
