Guangzhou's commerce bureau on July 3 issued a notice, requiring mandatory mask wearing for all fair attendees. Taking off face masks when staying in exhibition halls is prohibited, the notice said.
People with an abnormal health code (not green or blue one), or from medium- or high-risk areas, should produce a certificate of a negative nucleic acid test result within seven days before entering the fair.

Four new confirmed COVID-19 cases were recorded on the Chinese mainland yesterday—three imported ones (one each in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Liaoning and Shaanxi provinces) and one locally transmitted in Beijing.
Nucleic acid test certificates will no longer be required for people traveling out of Beijing from the capital city's low-risk areas, according to local authorities.
