Guidelines for Getting a For-hire Vehicle
There are around 80,000 for-hire vehicles running on the streets in Guangzhou, delivering convenient, fast, and comfortable services to citizens and visitors. Here are some guidelines on how to use the apps of the two major for-hire vehicle platforms:
I. DiDi
1. Scan the QR code to download the app, or search DiDi in the App Store or other application stores and download.
2. Register with your mobile number, Alipay account, or WeChat account and log in.
3. Enter your pick-up address and destination in the “Express” page.
4. Tap the “Request an express car” button and wait for the driver to accept the order and pick you up.
5. After arrival, you can choose online payment (WeChat Payment/AliPay) or Cash/Scan to pay.
6. If you need assistance from the service center, please tap on the upper left hand corner to open the menu and select Customer service.
II. OnTime
1. Scan the QR code to download the app, or search OnTime in the App Store or other application stores and download.
2. Download the app, read and click Agree to the User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.
3. Tap on the upper left hand corner, check the box of Agree with User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, enter your mobile number and verify code to register and log in.
4. Enter your destination, and tap the “Request a car” button. The platform will automatically make an arrangement, and the driver will call you and verify your pick-up address before picking you up.
5. After arrival, tap the Confirm Payment button and make the payment.
Apart from the two aforementioned platforms, there are other platforms such as China Auto Rental, Cao Cao Mobility, Youpengchuxing operating in Guangzhou to offer you convenient, efficient for-hire services. Search the App Store or Google play and download.

3. Cliquer sur le coin supérieur gauche, cocher la case pour accepter le contrat et entrer le numéro de téléphone portable et le code de vérification pour finir l'enregistrement et la connexion.
4. Entrer votre destination, cliquer sur « Request a car », et après que la plateforme ait assigné la voiture, le conducteur appellera pour confirmer le point de rencontre.
5. A la destination, régler les frais de transport.
En outre, Guangzhou dispose également des plateformes de service VTC, tels que Hertz, Cao Cao, Youpeng etc., peut également vous fournir des services pratiques et efficaces, vous pouvez rechercher dans l'App Store ou Play Store pour télécharger.

5. 到达目的地后，您可通过线上支付（微信/支付宝） 或车上现金支付（扫码支付）进行付款。
6. 如在服务中心有需要客服介入协调，请在 app 侧边栏 点开英文客服服务。
二、如祺出行
扫描二维码下载 APP，或通过 App Store、应用商 店，搜索 “如祺出行”下载。
2. 根据提示下载安装软件，阅读并同意《服务协议 和私隐政策》。
3. 点击左上角，勾选同意协议并输入手机号和验证 码完成注册登录。
4. 输入目的地，点击“立即叫车”，平台派车后司机 电话确认上车点前往接驾，开始行程。
5. 行程结束后，选择对订单进行支付。
